The Caribbean style Sunhill Villa is the perfect place for nature lovers and those who are looking for peace and privacy. It is located on the top of a 50m hill from where you have stunning views of the east and the west coast. You can relax in a spot overlooking the ocean and be fascinated by the way the ocean changes colour on both sides of the island during the day. Or take a stroll to one of the most beautiful beaches, the amazing snow white South-West Bay Beach, that is just 300m away. Sunhill Villais a fresh, bright and clean space. The big veranda with its fantastic ocean view in the midst of a tropical flower garden and the smooth ocean breeze invites guests to spend time outdoors. The kitchen area is bright and fully furnished with all things necessary for cooking (stainless steel pots and pans, microwave, gas oven, coffee maker etc.). From the kitchen window you can enjoy the view of the back of the house, looking out over the big private property through its exotic fruit trees to the ocean. The kitchen is combined with the living room in a light and airy open-plan area making this space the hub of the house. The ceiling is high and thus it is open and bright and the fan allows a nice even flow of air. This great room, together with the big veranda, forms the center of the dwelling. Doors lead from the centre of the house to the two bedrooms. In the bedrooms a modern and quiet A/C is installed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which both have a spacious shower with hot running water.  The property is located just a 7 minute drive from the airport which will take you along a paved panoramic road that leads gently uphill. The journey takes you past various viewpoints including the Soul of the World monument. During your stay you can visit various beautiful spots on the idyllic Big Corn Island. From the property it is a 10 minute downhill walk to the most stunning beach of the island, South West Beach. There you can relax and spend time sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling or taking a stroll. And when you are ready for lunch just head to the Picnic Center Restaurant and enjoy delicious fresh Lobster in a Garlic Sauce. From there it is easy to catch a taxi to drive back to the property, if you are too relaxed to do an uphill walk home. If you want to visit other spots on the island from the property, you will have to take a taxi. Taxi fares are just 2 US$ per person. We have our own list of trusted taxi drivers and will provide you with a cell phone with the taxi numbers already programmed into it.
